Teramo hosts 41st annual Italian Association of Constitutionalists conference

The University of Teramo will host the 41st annual conference of the Italian Association of Constitutionalists (AIC) on October 23 and 24. This marks the first time the prestigious legal event has been held by a university in the Abruzzo region.

The conference theme is “Constitutional revision and legislative implementation.” The event is expected to draw hundreds of participants, including domestic and international professors, researchers, and institutional representatives.

Key speakers include Giovanni Amoroso, President of the Constitutional Court; Umberto Zingales, Secretary General of the Constitutional Court; and Federico Silvio Toniato, Secretary General of the Senate. Marta Cartabia, former Minister of Justice and President Emerita of the Constitutional Court, is scheduled to close the proceedings. The opening presentations will be led by AIC President and former Health Minister Renato Balduzzi.
