Teramo property owner reports unauthorized residents at rental property

A property owner in Teramo, Vincenzo Di Paolantonio, has reported discovering three unauthorized residents registered at his rental property. Di Paolantonio stated that he was unaware of these individuals and had never provided consent or signed documentation allowing them to establish residency at the address.

Upon reviewing official documents through a formal request for access to records, the owner identified irregularities. He claims the residency applications were submitted without his signature on the property availability forms and without copies of his identification documents. Di Paolantonio is now seeking to have these individuals removed from the residency list and has raised concerns that this may not be an isolated incident affecting other landlords.
