Spain football matches disrupted by Dana Adam storm

Severe weather caused by the Dana Adam storm has led to widespread disruptions in Spanish football. In the Murcia region, the seventh matchday of the Tercera RFEF Group 13 was entirely postponed following consultations between the Federación de Fútbol de la Región de Murcia and the Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (AEMET). The cancellations affected multiple areas, including the Guadalentín Valley, Mar Menor, and parts of Almería.

In Ibiza, heavy rainfall caused significant flooding at the Camp Municipal de Santa Eulària des Riu, forcing the suspension of a Segunda Federación Group 3 match between SCR Peña Deportiva and UCAM Murcia. A video of the referee attempting to test the pitch by dropping a ball—which subsequently floated on the water—has since gone viral on social media. The match is expected to be rescheduled by the Spanish Football Federation.
