Teresa Giudice stated on Instagram that Milania is navigating “significant psychological trauma” following the loss of two close friends. She requested privacy for the family, noting that the past few months have been difficult and that her focus is ensuring Milania receives the necessary support and care to heal.

Gia Giudice also commented on the situation via TikTok, describing her role as the older sister and “calm peacemaker” during the ordeal.
