Terlizzi 3vs3 Basketball Tournament Boosts Street Culture

The third edition of the Ipsilon 3vs3 basketball tournament took place on July 23‑24 at the municipal playground on Via Torino in Terlizzi, Italy. Organized by the collective Anonima Cricca, the event featured a group‑stage day followed by direct‑elimination matches, drawing top players from the Barese and northern Barese areas.

Tournament coordinator Raffaele Barile (known as Yelpo) said the aim is to celebrate urban street culture, promote respect for the playground, and encourage community use of the space year‑round. Sponsors included the Terlizzi municipality and local businesses, and plans are under way to improve the future venue on Via Casalicchio for upcoming editions.
