Termas del Daymán hosts inaugural Empanada Festival

Termas del Daymán hosted its inaugural Festival de la Empanada over a two-day weekend to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the thermal complex. Held at the municipal grounds behind Escuela N.º 34, the event featured a variety of gastronomic, musical, and cultural activities.

A central attraction was the empanada competition, which included 20 participating groups presenting traditional and vegetarian recipes. Additionally, 23 artisanal groups showcased and sold their products throughout the festival.

The musical program focused on folklore and local traditions, featuring performances by various groups such as Transitando Huellas, Jóvenes Talentos del Interior, Grupo Raíces, and Dúo Ecos de Tradición, among others. The event was designed for all ages and included interactive games for children.
