Terme begins site preparation for Galericiler Sitesi project

Construction preparations have begun for the Galericiler Sitesi project in the Terme district of Samsun, Turkey. The project aims to consolidate the local automotive dealership sector into a modern, planned facility to address safety concerns that emerged in 2017 regarding roadside businesses.

Terme Mayor Şenol Kul inspected the approximately 100,000 square meter site alongside Terme Car Dealers Cooperative President Osman Cengiz. Current works include site leveling, cleaning, and land preparation. Following these steps, technical procedures such as soil studies and foundation drilling will commence before the official groundbreaking.

Once completed, the site will feature 105 modern workplaces. Mayor Kul noted that the project is intended to bolster the local economy and strengthen Terme’s reputation as a significant hub for the Ford Transit market in Turkey.
