Terme Berzieri undergoes facade restoration in Salsomaggiore

Restoration work is underway on the exterior facades of the Terme Berzieri in Salsomaggiore Terme, a significant monument of European thermal architecture. The project, which began in July 2025 and is scheduled for completion in June 2027, aims to restore the building's chromatic intensity and decorative clarity.

Gasparoli Srl, in collaboration with QC Terme and Keimfarben, recently held a public meeting to discuss the historical and urban value of the site. The event featured insights from local officials, including the Mayor of Salsomaggiore Terme, Luca Musile Tanzi, and the Superintendent for Archaeology, Fine Arts, and Landscape for the provinces of Parma and Piacenza, Maria Luisa Laddaga. Academic experts from the Politecnico di Milano also provided historical and philological perspectives on the monument's social and artistic significance.
