Terminator 2 returns to theaters for 35th anniversary

The science fiction classic ‘Terminator 2: Judgment Day’ is returning to theaters worldwide to celebrate its 35th anniversary. The re-release features a remastered 4K version and is available in various formats, including 3D, 4DX, and D-BOX.

Actor Edward Furlong, who portrayed John Connor, reflected on his role in the 1991 film. He noted that while it can be difficult to watch his past work, viewing the film with his 19-year-old son helped him gain perspective. Furlong also recalled the unique casting process led by director James Cameron and casting director Mali Finn, who sought a non-traditional actor to portray the grit and toughness required for the character.
