TermMax secures strategic investment from YZi Labs for on-chain bond infrastructure

TermMax, a fixed-rate lending protocol developed by Term Structure Labs, has secured a strategic investment from YZi Labs. While the specific financial terms were not disclosed, the investment follows TermMax’s selection for the YZi Labs EASY Residency Season 3.

TermMax has raised over $8 million to date from backers including Cumberland DRW, HashKey Capital, Decima Fund, Longling Capital, and MZ Web3 Fund. The protocol has been operational on its mainnet since April 2025 and currently functions across 10 EVM-compatible chains. It features 60 fixed-rate markets and 40 strategy vaults, managing tens of millions of dollars in total value locked with over 1.5 million registered wallets.

The investment aims to address a lack of financial application layers for tokenized blue-chip equities, specifically in areas such as credit, collateral management, and risk transfer products. TermMax previously integrated with Ondo Global Markets to facilitate fixed-rate borrowing using tokenized U.S. equities as collateral.
