Ternana Calcio appoints Roberto Felleca as president and retains Cesar Falletti, while Terni FC signs Rocco Guazzaroni

Ternana Calcio announced that entrepreneur Roberto Felleca will acquire a 20% stake in the club and take on the role of president, as owner Stefano Bandecchi plans to reduce his shareholding. Felleca, known for reviving lower‑division clubs, will manage the team’s operations. The club also confirmed the return of Uruguayan forward Cesar Falletti on a two‑year contract, marking his third spell with the side.

Separately, Terni FC confirmed the signing of midfielder Rocco Guazzaroni, a 1997‑born player with experience at Orvietana and Rieti. The club expects his technical ability and balance to strengthen their midfield for the upcoming Eccellenza Umbria season.
