Terracap to auction 106 real estate lots in Brazil's Federal District

The Development Agency of the Federal District (Terracap) has announced a public auction for 106 real estate lots scheduled for September 11. The offering includes residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties distributed across ten different regions of the Federal District.

Samambaia represents the largest portion of the auction, containing 46 lots. Other notable locations include Jardim Botânico, Riacho Fundo II, Setor Noroeste, Ceilândia, Recanto das Emas, Guará, Santa Maria, Sobradinho, and Taguatinga. Prices for the available land range from R$ 80.6 thousand to R$ 26.2 million.

In Jardim Botânico, the Residencial das Sucupiras development includes 15 lots within the Aldeias do Cerrado Urban Complex. These lots, ranging from 420 m² to 440.55 m², start at R$ 317 thousand and offer financing for up to 240 months. Buyers may also receive a pre-approved 153 m² house project at no additional cost. In Riacho Fundo II, 17 mixed-use lots are available for commercial, service, or industrial activities, with prices between R$ 1.35 million and R$ 5.45 million and financing up to 180 months.
