Terralba murder investigation: three suspects face trial

The investigation into the murder of entrepreneur Claudio Manca in Terralba has expanded. The Oristano Prosecutor's Office has requested that three individuals face trial for voluntary homicide regarding the incident that occurred on September 24 last year.

Prosecutors allege that Battista Manis, Claudia Abis, and Pietro Paolo Manis were all involved in the attack. According to the prosecution's reconstruction, Abis was driving a vehicle that struck Manca while he was on his bicycle. Manis and his son then allegedly exited the car and violently assaulted Manca before leaving him in a roadside ditch.

The three suspects are scheduled to appear before a preliminary hearing judge on Wednesday.
