Terranova Sappo Minulio hosts fourth

The fourth edition of the “Pruna dei Frati” Show Cooking event was held in Terranova Sappo Minulio, Calabria. Organized by the local administration, the event focused on the culinary tradition of the region.

This year's program introduced food pairing techniques to showcase the harmony between local products, specifically comparing Terranova plums with Caciocavallo di Ciminà and Pecorino d’Aspromonte. Chef Filippo Cogliandro of the Accademia Gourmet of Reggio Calabria led the culinary demonstrations.

The event was attended by academic representatives from the Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria and regional authorities, highlighting institutional support for the promotion of Calabria's agri-food heritage.
