Terraperta ETS foundation launched by six Italian NGOs

Terraperta ETS, a new participation foundation, has been launched through the unification of six historic Italian international cooperation organizations. The foundation was presented during simultaneous events in Bologna and Brescia.

The founding entities include CEFA ETS (Bologna), No One Out ETS (Brescia), Amici dei Popoli ETS (Bologna), Centro Mondialità Sviluppo Reciproco ODV (Livorno), Missione Calcutta APS ETS (Bergamo), and Apurimac ETS (Rome). By pooling resources, expertise, and networks, the foundation aims to reduce fragmentation and duplication in humanitarian efforts, focusing on social justice, environmental sustainability, and dignified work.

Terraperta ETS currently operates in 22 countries with 80 ongoing projects, having reached over 235,000 people across Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Upcoming initiatives include the ‘Riempi il Piatto Vuoto’ event in Bologna on October 17 and ‘Riempi il mondo di verde’ in Modena on November 28.
