Terrence Brown likened to Allen Iverson by former 76ers coach Dave Hanners

Former Philadelphia 76ers assistant coach Dave Hanners, who worked with Allen Iverson from 2001 to 2003, said the UNC senior guard Terrence Brown Jr. reminds him of "The Answer" after watching Brown in summer workouts at the Smith Center. Hanners highlighted Brown’s quickness, speed and ability to drive to the basket, noting he also shoots well from the outside.

Brown, a 6‑foot‑3, 174‑pound transfer from Utah who previously played at Fairleigh Dickinson, posted junior‑year averages of 19.9 points, 3.8 assists and 2.4 rebounds while shooting 45.3% from the floor and 32.7% from three‑point range. Hanners recalled his time coaching Iverson and drew parallels between the two players' athleticism and style of play.
