Terron Armstead defends Tua Tagovailoa after preseason struggles

Former Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Terron Armstead expressed continued confidence in quarterback Tua Tagovailoa following a difficult preseason performance with the Atlanta Falcons. Armstead suggested that Tagovailoa is attempting to prove his capabilities to himself after a challenging tenure in Miami. He noted that the quarterback may be ‘pressing’ in an effort to silence critics, which can lead to routine mistakes. Armstead emphasized that Tagovailoa has access to significant offensive weapons and believes the quarterback can succeed at the highest level in Atlanta.
