Terry Black’s Barbecue launches new dining experience in Houston

Terry Black’s Barbecue has introduced the ‘Terry Black’s Experience’ at its Houston location. This reservation-only offering allows guests to bypass standard lines for a one-hour tour of the restaurant’s smokehouse, which utilizes six 1,000-gallon offset smokers.

For $150 per person, participants receive a full meal including beef brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, turkey, and house-made sausages, alongside various sides and desserts. The experience aims to provide insight into the craftsmanship and consistency of the Central Texas-style smoked meats. Founded in Austin in 2014 by siblings Christina, Mike, and Mark Black, the establishment has expanded its presence in the region.
