Terry Bradshaw signals end of broadcasting career
Former NFL quarterback and current Fox broadcaster Terry Bradshaw has indicated that his television career is nearing its end. Despite acknowledging that his time on air is limited, Bradshaw noted that he has signed a contract extension that will keep him working for the next two years, through the Super Bowl.
In support of his upcoming memoir, ‘Looking for Terry’, Bradshaw shared that he has battled anxiety and depression for much of his life, receiving a formal diagnosis in the late 1990s. He described the process of writing about these personal struggles as ‘soul cleansing’.
Separately, former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin addressed his role as a commentator for NBC’s Football Night in America. Speaking on the ‘New Heights’ podcast, Tomlin stated he does not intend to apologize for his continued support and bias toward the Steelers organization where he coached for 19 seasons.
