Terry Eagle rises from McDonald's employee to owner of six restaurants

Terry Eagle, a McDonald's employee for 50 years, has transitioned from a part-time teenager to owning and managing six restaurants in South London. Eagle began his career in 1976 at a location in Catford. By age 19, he had been promoted to manager, eventually applying to become a partner and opening his first restaurant in Camberwell.

Beyond his business success, Eagle has partnered with the charity Spiral to support youth employment, raising over £200,000. He also participates in community initiatives, such as donating toys and Christmas trees to families in need.
