Teruyoshi Uchimura to star in new stage play in 2027

Teruyoshi Uchimura will write, direct, and star in a new stage production titled ‘Time moves on ~Midori to Kyusu no Sei~’. This marks Uchimura’s first new stage work in ten years since ‘Tokyo 2/3’.

The play is scheduled to run during March and April 2027 at the Tokyo Tatemono Pia Theater. The cast includes Ayara Shida, Hiroki Akiyama (from the comedy trio Hanako), Takuya Mizoguchi, Sola Kurashima, and Nobue Ikeya.

In a statement regarding the production, Uchimura expressed enthusiasm for the cast and staff, noting that the project is moving forward with the support of a talented team.
