Tesco and Tatra banka issue important notices to Slovak customers

Tesco Slovakia has issued new Clubcard vouchers to customers by automatically converting accumulated, unredeemed points based on balances recorded as of May 31, 2026. These vouchers have an unusually short expiration period, valid only until November 30, 2026. Customers can find the vouchers and their values within the Clubcard mobile application and can use them for in-store purchases or via Tesco Online services.

Separately, Tatra banka is launching a mandatory data update process for its clients to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. To facilitate this, the bank is integrating with state registries to automatically verify information that can be retrieved from reliable external sources. Clients who fail to cooperate with the required updates risk having their banking services restricted or their access to funds blocked.
