TESCO announces salary and allowance increases for employees

Tariff Electric Supply Company (TESCO) has announced significant increases in financial benefits for its employees. The new pay scales and various allowances are scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2026.

According to the official notification, employees will receive a 7 percent ad hoc relief allowance based on their running basic pay. Additionally, a 15 percent disparity reduction allowance has been approved for employees from BPS 1 to 22, calculated using the basic pay in effect as of June 30, 2022.

The company has also approved a 50 percent increase in the conveyance allowance for employees, effective July 1, 2026. For employees with disabilities, the monthly conveyance allowance will increase from 6,000 rupees to 10,000 rupees. These measures aim to provide better financial relief to staff across various grades in response to current economic conditions.
