Tesco Technology Services Europe leases new office space in Kraków

Tesco Technology Services Europe (TTSE), the European technology arm of the Tesco Group, has leased over 3,700 square meters of office space in the Unity Square Two building in Kraków, Poland. The new headquarters will span five floors and is designed to accommodate approximately 400 employees.

The facility will include 26 conference rooms, 30 telephone booths, and a multifunctional town hall meeting area exceeding 200 square meters. The interior design, which incorporates Tesco’s visual identity through specific color schemes on each floor, was handled by Abundo Space and implemented by Tétris using a Design & Build approach. JLL provided advisory services for both parties during the transaction.

The Kraków-based TTSE team is responsible for developing and maintaining IT systems used by Tesco across Europe, supporting areas such as retail operations, e-commerce platforms, and logistics.
