Tesh Sidi faces workplace harassment allegations in Spain
Tesh Sidi, a deputy for Más Madrid and the second candidate for the Frente Amplio coalition in Madrid, is facing internal complaints of workplace harassment. Three former parliamentary staff members have filed formal complaints with the internal ethics and statute committees of Más Madrid and Movimiento Sumar.
The complainants describe a hostile work environment characterized by abusive behavior, personal disparagement, and excessive workloads that significantly exceeded the established 37.5 weekly hours. They also reported receiving work demands via Telegram outside of official hours and noted a high turnover rate among technical staff.
Documents suggest that Más Madrid leadership, including Manuela Bergerot, Gabriel Ortega, and Héctor Tejero, were notified of these issues as early as October 2025. One former employee reportedly required medical leave for anxiety and psychological assistance due to the working conditions. The allegations come amid the finalization of electoral lists for the upcoming general elections on November 29.
