Tesla driver killed in crash on Poland's national road 60

On 25 July 2026, a 29‑year‑old resident of Maków County died in a traffic accident on national road 60 near Nasierowo‑Dziurawieniec, Mazovia. While attempting to overtake, his Tesla collided with the rear of a convoy comprising a John Deere tractor and a Schmitz trailer. The impact sent the car into a ditch, and despite resuscitation efforts the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The tractor, driven by a 33‑year‑old resident of Ciechanów County, was not injured and the driver was sober, according to police reports.
