Tesla owner captures footage of woman keying vehicle in Brisbane

An elderly woman was captured on built-in security footage deliberately keying a Tesla parked at Petrie Station, north of Brisbane, on a Saturday night. The vehicle owner, Lindsey Hay, discovered the damage after reviewing the car’s security recordings.

The footage shows the woman approaching the black vehicle and scraping the side with a set of keys. The individual appeared to be wearing a uniform from Suncorp Stadium, suggesting she may have been working at the venue during a Brisbane Broncos and Dolphins match held earlier that evening.

Hay stated she had no prior interaction with the woman and expressed confusion regarding the motive behind the random attack. She has urged the individual to come forward to resolve the matter directly rather than through insurance claims.
