Teslić councilor's car and garage destroyed in fire

An automobile and garage belonging to Teslić city councilor Meša Jašarević were destroyed in a fire overnight. Local officials have called for an urgent and professional investigation to determine the cause and identify those responsible.

Milan Miličević, the Mayor of Teslić and former president of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS), strongly condemned the act. He stated that such violence, threats, and property destruction against politically active individuals opposing the Republika Srpska regime are not isolated incidents and often go unpunished. Miličević requested a thorough review of all available surveillance footage in the area.

Ćamil Duraković, Vice President of the Republika Srpska entity, visited Jašarević to offer support. Duraković emphasized that every citizen has the right to security regardless of political affiliation or nationality. He called on the police and prosecution to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure that if the fire was intentionally set, those responsible are prosecuted according to the law.
