Tesouro Direto Financial Education Olympiad registration ends September 1
Registration for the 2026 edition of the Tesouro Direto Financial Education Olympiad (Olitef) is entering its final week, with a deadline of September 1. The initiative has already secured the participation of 17,000 schools across Brazil, including both public and private institutions.
Designed for students from the 6th to 9th grades of elementary school and all years of high school, the competition offers flexible testing formats, including both in-person and online options. The curriculum is adapted to each student's specific grade level to ensure accessibility.
High-performing students can be awarded Tesouro Direto bonds, providing practical experience with investment concepts. Additionally, teachers receive recognition, and participating schools can compete for up to R$ 100,000 in funding to improve infrastructure, such as creating digital libraries or science and robotics laboratories.
