Tess van Zalinge to hold first solo fashion exhibition at Centraal Museum

Fashion designer Tess van Zalinge will hold her first solo exhibition, titled ‘Keurslijf’, at the Centraal Museum starting December 12, 2026. The exhibition marks her ten-year anniversary in the industry and explores the relationship between humans and clothing.

The showcase will feature new designs from her anniversary collection alongside selected pieces from the Centraal Museum’s own fashion collection, curated in collaboration with fashion conservator Ninke Bloemberg. The exhibition aims to highlight the often invisible labor within the fashion industry by opening the doors of her studio and featuring perspectives from various creators, including Tenant of Culture, Romy Yedidia, and Gijs van Herwaarden.
