Tessa Blanchard joins Major League Wrestling

Tessa Blanchard has signed with Major League Wrestling (MLW) and is scheduled to make her debut on September 12 at FIGHTLAND in Charleston, South Carolina. The event will include an MLW FUSION television taping.

A third-generation wrestler, Blanchard aims to establish herself as the franchise player for the MLW women’s division. She expressed intent to build the division around her presence and work toward making the championship the premier women’s title in the industry.

Blanchard will maintain her base in Mexico City and continue her work with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) through a joint arrangement between the two promotions. She enters the division while Shotzi Blackheart currently holds the MLW Women’s World Championship.
