TESSAN introduces ultra-thin titanium AERO 5000 MagSafe battery

TESSAN has introduced the AERO 5000, an ultra-thin 5,000 mAh magnetic battery designed for iPhone users. Measuring only 6.9 mm in thickness, the device aims to mimic the profile of a MagSafe wallet rather than a traditional bulky external battery.

The accessory features a back made of iPhone-grade titanium alloy, distinguishing it from standard plastic models. It utilizes a semi-solid-state battery technology called ‘SolidSafe’, which uses a pure-cobalt core. This architecture is designed to eliminate flammable liquids, thereby reducing heat buildup and minimizing the risk of thermal runaway even in the event of physical damage.

In terms of performance, the AERO 5000 supports wireless charging up to 15W and includes a USB-C port capable of delivering up to 20W wired output.
