Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown announces Season 7 and real estate features

Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown is introducing significant content updates through its upcoming Season 7 and a new real estate system. The Season 7 update, launching September 2, will feature a Japanese car theme, including the debut of Mitsubishi with the Lancer Evolution IV and the introduction of Mazda via the RX-7 FD3S. Other new vehicles include the Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R, Nissan 370Z Nismo, BMW M3 GT3 EVO, and a custom Volkswagen Beetle Buggy.

Technical improvements for Season 7 include enhanced hypercar tyre grip physics, removable spoilers for select models, and the addition of a pit lane to the Hong Kong Island racetrack. Quality-of-life updates will also feature a new live events tab and improved access to daily challenges.

Additionally, KT Racing has unveiled an immersive real estate and customization system. Players will be able to buy and sell properties in Hong Kong and Ibiza through interactive real estate offices. The system aims to allow deep customization of interiors and garages, with potential dynamic pricing that could allow players to treat property as an investment by selling homes for profit.
