Testa Homes appoints Noelia Rosón as new director general

Spanish rental‑property operator Testa Homes announced that Noelia Rosón, previously its director of operations, has been promoted to director general (chief executive). Rosón brings more than two decades of experience in real‑estate and finance, having held senior roles at Metrovacesa, BBVA and Quabit Inmobiliaria. She will lead the next phase of growth, focusing on value‑creation strategies, further professionalisation and digitalisation of the rental business.

Founder‑CEO Juan Pablo Vera will remain in charge until 30 September to ensure an orderly transition and will stay on the board as an advisor for the remainder of the year. Testa Homes, founded in 2001 and now owned 99.5 % by Blackstone’s Tropic Real Estate Holding, manages a large portfolio of long‑term residential rentals in Spain and aims to strengthen its market position under Rosón’s leadership.
