Testaccio to host Carbonara Festival in October 2026

The Carbonara Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place from October 15 to 18 in the Testaccio district of Rome. Held at the Città dell’Altra Economia in Largo Dino Frisullo, the event covers over 8,000 square meters and is organized by Magna Roma.

The festival will feature a wide variety of Roman culinary specialties, including traditional carbonara made with pecorino, egg yolks, and guanciale, as well as other regional dishes such as fifth quarter, baccalà, pizza, and maritozzi.

In addition to food, the program includes live entertainment, such as a Venditti tribute concert on October 15 and a DJ set titled ‘90 Special: il Sabato italiano’ on October 17.
