Tetra Real Estate Group launches T Developments in Egypt

Tetra Real Estate Development Group has announced the launch of its new company, T Developments, in the Egyptian market. This move aims to strengthen the group's presence in Egypt by leveraging its extensive experience in the Kuwaiti market through an Egyptian-Kuwaiti partnership.

Tetra Group has operated in Kuwait for over 20 years, managing a portfolio of approximately 40 projects—including residential, medical, administrative, and hotel developments—valued at over 35 million Kuwaiti dinars. The group also maintains an integrated system of construction, maintenance, and technical services.

Chairman Sayed Osman stated that the expansion into Egypt represents a major milestone for the company. T Developments intends to focus on high-quality, modern designs to meet customer needs, specifically selecting the New Administrative Capital as the starting point for its new identity due to its significant investment opportunities.
