Texas A&M and BYU release 2026 football depth charts

As the 2026 college football season approaches, several major programs have released their initial depth charts and prepared for season openers.

Texas A&M, ranked No. 8 nationally, unveiled its depth chart ahead of its matchup against Missouri State. Key storylines include quarterback Marcel Reed’s role in leading the team and wide receiver Isaiah Horton, a transfer from Alabama, looking to make an impact. The team also noted several position battles in the offensive line and defensive backfield.

BYU has also released its depth chart prior to its game against Utah Tech. Notable developments include true freshman wide receiver Legend Glasker earning a starting role due to his ability to master the playbook. Additionally, Paki Finau, a transfer from Washington, has been named the starting left tackle to protect quarterback Bear Bachmeier.

Texas A&M is also implementing gameday improvements at Kyle Field, including new LED displays and enhanced pregame festivities.
