Texas A&M soccer defeats Stephen F. Austin 4-0

Texas A&M women's soccer secured a 4-0 shutout victory against Stephen F. Austin (SFA) at Ellis Field on Sunday, Sept. 6. The win marks the Aggies' return to the win column following a previous loss to TCU.

Bella Carapazza opened the scoring in the 18th minute off an assist from Finley Lacher. After a 1-0 halftime lead, Texas A&M increased their offensive pressure in the second half, with Ireland Churchill, Finley Lacher, and Trinity Buchanan each adding goals to finalize the score.

SFA struggled to generate offense, recording only two shots throughout the match. SFA goalkeeper Brandie Musser recorded a career-high seven saves, while Sydney Robinett added two saves in her limited time on the field. The Aggies' victory marks their first shutout win since 2014.
