Texas Challenge volleyball: North Texas and Stephen F. Austin secure victories

At the Texas Challenge volleyball tournament, the University of North Texas defeated Texas State in four sets with scores of 25-23, 25-19, 17-25, and 25-19. Reagan Bedell led North Texas with 17 kills, contributing to a season-high .323 hitting percentage for the team. This victory marks two consecutive wins for the Mean Green, improving their season record to 5-3.

In another match at the tournament, Stephen F. Austin secured a 3-0 sweep against UT Arlington. The Ladyjacks won the sets 25-18, 25-21, and 25-23, overcoming an early deficit in the third set to close out the match.
