United States faces widespread extreme heat, flooding, and wildfire risks
The United States is experiencing widespread extreme weather, including severe storms, intense heat, and heightened wildfire risks. In the Midwest, Iowa faces a significant threat of flash flooding due to heavy rainfall, with a Moderate Risk of excessive rainfall issued for parts of Iowa and northwest Illinois through Friday.
