Texas Parks and Wildlife opens law enforcement applications

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has announced that applications for Texas Game Wardens and Texas State Park Police will open on Sunday, November 1st. This recruitment cycle will select candidates for the 70th Texas Parks and Wildlife Law Enforcement cadet class.

To be eligible for the Game Warden position, applicants must be at least 21 years old, a United States citizen, and hold a bachelor's degree in any field. Candidates are also required to possess a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and undergo psychological and physical examinations. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate adequate hearing and vision, be in good physical condition, and have no illegal drug use within the past two years.
