Texas Rangers veterans undergo medical procedures

Texas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager and catcher Danny Jansen have both undergone surgeries to address health issues. Seager underwent a procedure to correct a bone spur in his arm that had been a concern during the latter part of the season. The move is intended to ensure he is ready for spring training.

Danny Jansen underwent surgery to remove excess bone growth spurs in his right hand. This procedure is unrelated to a previous forearm strain that sidelined him for much of the season. Meanwhile, third baseman Josh Jung has been cleared and will not require surgery.
