Texas Roadhouse Jamsil attracts 55,000 visitors in first 100 days
Texas Roadhouse Jamsil, operated by Hyundai Green Food, has surpassed 55,000 cumulative visitors within its first 100 days of operation. The branch's success is attributed largely to high demand from office workers in the surrounding area.
Analysis shows that groups of five or more people accounted for 41% of weekday visitors at the Jamsil location, significantly higher than the 31% average seen at other branches. The restaurant also benefited from the ‘sober curious’ dining trend, offering a wide variety of beverage options including wine, whiskey, cocktails, draft beer, and non-alcoholic beer.
Hyundai Green Food plans to implement customized strategies based on commercial district characteristics. For office-centric locations like Jamsil and Pangyo, the company will launch ‘delivery packs’ this month, offering a 10% discount for orders of six or more servings. For residential areas such as Jung-dong and Namyangju Space One, the company intends to develop specialized children's menus featuring items like kid-friendly burgers and fried rice.
