Texas State Bobcats defeat Texas A&M Aggies in historic comeback

The Texas State Bobcats secured a historic 3-2 comeback victory against the Texas A&M Aggies at the Bobcat Soccer Complex. This win marks the first time the Bobcats have defeated the Aggies and represents their first victory against an SEC opponent.

Texas A&M took an early lead in the first minute via Trinity Buchanan, but Victoria Meza equalized for Texas State in the 21st minute with a header assisted by Jenny Ngankem. Although the Aggies regained the lead in the 56th minute, the Bobcats recovered to secure the win. Head coach Steve Holeman noted the significance of the result for the program's national recognition.
