Texas Tech and Arizona prepare for Top 25 Big 12 matchup

No. 13 Texas Tech is set to host No. 22 Arizona at Galaxy Stadium this Saturday in a high-stakes Big 12 showdown. Both teams enter the contest with 6-1 overall records and 3-1 conference records, making the game a critical factor in determining potential participants for the Big 12 title game.

Texas Tech aims to rebound from its first loss of the season against Cincinnati, which ended a school-record nine-game conference winning streak. Arizona enters the matchup following a victory over Iowa State, having recently achieved bowl eligibility.

Arizona head coach Brent Brennan emphasized the importance of consistent football and managing the line of scrimmage against Texas Tech’s defense. The game is scheduled for 11 a.m. CDT and will be televised on ESPN.
