Texcoco government launches land registration drive in Víctor Puebla
The Government of Texcoco has launched a registration drive in the Víctor Puebla neighborhood to facilitate the regularization and titling of land properties. Through the Directorate of Sustainable Soil, municipal staff have established document reception desks directly within the community to reduce the need for residents to travel to municipal offices.
This initiative is being conducted in coordination with the National Institute of Sustainable Land (INSUS). Mayor Nazario Gutiérrez Martínez has set an ambitious goal to regularize at least 10,000 properties by the end of 2026, aiming to provide legal certainty and security for the heritage of local families.
