Texcoco installs sanitary modules at Guadalupe Victoria Hospital

The municipal government of Texcoco has installed new sanitary modules for men and women at the entrance of the Hospital General Guadalupe Victoria. The initiative aims to support the families of patients who often lack basic services while waiting for medical information.

Mayor Nazario Gutiérrez Martínez, accompanied by DIF Municipal honorary president Yesenia Armas Tobón and hospital director Héctor Alegría López, inspected the new facilities. This installation follows previous improvements made in early July, which included the provision of roofing, benches, and a mobile phone charging station to improve the waiting conditions for visitors.

While acknowledging that healthcare is not a direct municipal competency, the mayor stated that the administration is addressing the issue from a human perspective to respond to the immediate needs of citizens.
