Texcoco rehabilitation center upgraded to URIS status

The Texcoco Rehabilitation Center (CRETEX) has been upgraded from a Basic Rehabilitation and Social Inclusion Unit (UBRIS) to a Rehabilitation and Social Inclusion Unit (URIS). This change follows accreditation by the State of Mexico's Integral Family Development System (DIFEM), recognizing improvements in infrastructure, services, and specialized treatment capabilities.

The accreditation was presented by DIFEM Director General Karina Labastida Sotelo to Texcoco Municipal DIF President Yesenia Oliva Armas Tobón. The upgrade is a result of recent facility modernizations completed in March by the municipal government, alongside increased staffing to support a broader range of specialized medical services for patients and their families.
