Tezontepec de Aldama inaugurates new community football pitch

The community of Panuaya, located in the municipality of Tezontepec de Aldama, Hidalgo, has inaugurated a new 5-a-side football pitch. The facility, located at the La Bombonera sports field, was constructed as part of the federal government’s ‘Mundial Social’ program, which aims to build 1,200 sports spaces across various regions of the country.

The project was inaugurated in the presence of municipal president Ana María Rivera Contreras, along with representatives from the Secretariat of Territorial and Urban Development and the Leche para el Bienestar program in Hidalgo. The new infrastructure is intended to provide children and youth in Panuaya and surrounding areas with a dedicated space for sports, recreation, and social interaction.
