TFA Fernmeldebau Kron GmbH opens 2027 apprenticeship program in Essen and Hilden

The security‑technology firm TFA Fernmeldebau Kron GmbH, based in Essen, announced apprenticeship openings for the 2027 intake. The medium‑sized company, which has operated for more than five decades, will train candidates for two occupations – Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement and Informationselektroniker/in – at its Essen and Hilden sites.

Tim Rolef, the company's managing director, explained, "We train because we invest in people. Our goal is to integrate the trainees we educate also long‑term into our team. Whoever starts with us receives real responsibility from day one and works on projects for renowned regional clients." Apprentices will work on installing and configuring security and communication systems, such as intrusion‑detection, fire‑alarm, and ITK solutions, as well as handling network setups and access‑control installations.
